Returns and Refunds Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.gothica-light-and-dark-limited.co.uk operated by Colin Robinson. 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to retrun the product within 30 calendar days of youir purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, we will inspect and process your refund. Any monies will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For card payments please allow 5-10 working days for a refund to show on your account.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you fail to return the item within the allotted 30 calendar days you will not be eligible for a refund.
